I'm a Registered Dietitian who has spent the past 7 years counseling people on all things food. Many of the people I work with reach out because eating feels stressful or confusing. In our sessions, we'll talk about what's working, and what's tricky. We'll look at what nutrients you may be missing, and how to get them in a way that makes sense for you and your eating style. My approach is weight-inclusive. This means I do not focus on weight loss. Instead, we'll focus on how you're eating, drinking, and feeling. Over time, many clients have shared they have more energy, better digestion, and an improved quality of life. You deserve to feel more at home in your body, and more at ease with food. You also deserve a space to be yourself and talk about it. I'm here for nutrition guidance and encouragement along the way. Location: I offer in-person appointments Mondays at 1912 Princeton Avenue, Lawrence Township, NJ 08648. I share an office with Katie Scozzari, LCSW. If using a GPS, navigate to "Katie Scozzari, LCSW" or "Enzo's Restaurant". The office is in a beige building. The entrance does not have stairs, however it is not wheelchair accessible.
